1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS/WhatsApp, where available.

2. Delivery Time

For orders within India:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Please note that the estimated delivery time begins after the order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

3.Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,500.
  • Orders below ₹1,500 will be charged a standard shipping fee, which will be displayed at checkout.
  • Any special shipping offers will be subject to the terms mentioned during the promotion. 

4.Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos/videos of the package before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For faster assistance, provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos/videos of the package
  • Photos of the damaged product
